Thick plume of smoke covers the area just across the Bagmati River that flows through the Pashupatinath Temple, the air in that particular area is really high which takes people to the state of psychosis or on trip.The marijuana which has religious significance in Hinduism which goes higher with arrival of Shivaratri festival when it is consumed as âPrasadâ of Lord Shiva, the revered god in Hindu mythology.
